       Light milk chocolate mousse, raspberry cream centre, sour cherries,
               mango coulis

       Tiramisu: my own interpretation with cooked mascarpone custard,
               lady fingers, chocolate sauce

       Limoncello cheese-cake, citrus-vanilla confiture, aged Balsamico caramel,
                 mascarpone-citrus sorbet
